I'm Kris Williams. I founded The Second Look after 20 years in talent and leadership — where I spent my career spotting what was working, what wasn't, and why it mattered.
I took that same instinct and applied it to something I kept seeing in the businesses around me: founders who had built something genuinely good, but whose client experience hadn't kept pace with the quality of their work.
That gap is what The Second Look is designed to close.

Months 1–3. A monthly strategy call plus biweekly async check-ins. Designed for clients who are ready to implement and want consistent, hands-on advisory support to do it right.
Month 4 and beyond. A monthly strategy call plus one midmonth check-in. For clients in a momentum phase who want a trusted outside eye to remain in their corner.
